Siem Fusani S.r.l. was born from the merger of Fusani S.r.l., a company with a long-standing specialization in the design and production of railway and industrial resistors, and SIEM snc, a leading company in the design and production of electro-pneumatic panels and systems.
For over 50 years, Fusani Srl has been operating in the field of electric resistors for starting and regulating DC and AC electric motors. This type of product is used in traction applications (railways, trams, and subways) and in various industrial settings (regulation of motors for steel mill cranes, port cranes, and various other applications).
Over time, the "resistor" product has evolved from a cast iron artifact produced through a foundry process to a stainless steel artifact produced through sheet metal processing. In the transition from a foundry to a company specialized in sheet metal processing, our company made significant efforts: we relocated to a new facility and equipped the production with the latest machines for sheet metal processing.
Considering the considerable production capacity achieved and the excellent level of quality attained, in the constant search for new and alternative sources of work, we entered the market for third-party processing. Over time, this internal division has become increasingly important, now representing the true core business of the company, which has specialized in the production of light and medium-heavy metal carpentry. We have succeeded in offering our customers a complete range of sheet metal processing in various configurations, including laser cutting, punching, bending, rolling, welding, and final assembly, providing a comprehensive service.
All of this allows us to meet all the needs related to the production of small, medium, and large series of metal structures and articles in stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel.
